InvestGroup Ventures “IGV” is a family office and business advisory firm pursuing special opportunities, deal sponsorship and/or managing unique investment opportunities in markets around the world.IGV’s investment philosophy is to actively originate transactions from special situations and relationships, rather than scan the "publicly available" deal flow together with numerous other funds.
In so doing, IGV has created a track record and obtained unique expertise in creating attractive returns from situations often too complex for ordinary funds to handle. As a further consequence of IGV’s focus, the returns generated by the deals are often “low-beta” as their outcome rarely hinges on general market performance, but rather on our distinctive skills in creating high-quality deals from special situations.
